What SYNC Does
The SYNC plugin connects your WordPress site to PressChain. When you publish in WordPress, your article goes live on your site immediately - and SYNC creates a Capsule draft in the background for you to review and submit. Cost: 50 PRESS (one-time). All other PressChain WordPress functionality is free. On testnet, SYNC is free.Installation
Purchase SYNC
Portal → Plugins → PressChain SYNC → Pay 50 PRESS via PressKey. You receive a license key.
Install in WordPress
WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Upload the
.zip file → Install Now → ActivateConfigure settings
Settings → PressChain SYNC:

The Gutenberg Panel
Every post now has a PressChain panel in the sidebar showing:- Capsule draft status
- Auto-suggested structured claims (review these)
- Evidence upload area
- Contributor list (author + editors)
- Submit button
The Press Network Feed Module
Every SYNC outlet must display the Press Network feed. Add it anywhere on your site:Troubleshooting

| Panel missing in editor | Deactivate and reactivate SYNC |
| ”Outlet not active” error | Check domain verification in Portal |
| ”Session expired” | SYNC Settings → Re-connect PressKey |
| Vote widget not showing | Capsule must be in active voting window |
| Bridge connection error | Check bridge.presschain.io/health |
